What's going on in Afghanistan?

Afghanistan is currently the DEADLIEST PLACE TO LIVE IN THE WORLD. Since the withdrawal of US soldiers from Afghanistan, the Taliban has taken control of the country. Millions of Afghans fear violence and seek safety overseas as a result of political uncertainty.

The Taliban is killing innocent people including children and women and destroying schools, houses, areas, mosques, hospitals and infrastructures. The country took a lifetime to recover, but there is a proxy war going on in Afghanistan, and the Taliban will destroy everything once more.

Around 330,000 Afghans have been displaced this year, with more than half of them fleeing their homes since the United States withdrew its troops. Because they are in danger, many families are living in tents or on the ground.
